Can we say a HUGE thank you to everyone who came along on Saturday 25 November and joined in with CNG Design’s 10th anniversary celebration.
The whole day was fantastic!
We hope you enjoyed Magic Jono, Lynne’s Cake Emporium Fondant Animal Making and Graham Sutherland’s free patisserie demos. All the team at CNG Design were delighted to see so many people join in.
Not forgetting the amazing Craig Ferguson, who was absolutely amazing – he handled being mobbed by eager younger ladies demanding that he play Taylor Swift!

Graham Sutherland
Graham has returned home to Banchory and opened Sutherlands Pastry and Coffee shop at Inchmarlo Golf Centre having spent his career travelling around Europe, working under Holger Stromberg at the Mandarin Oriental Muchen (helping the team achieve the accolade of 16 Gault Millau points for their very first time). Chef was then head-hunted to take over the Pastry section at the Hotel Haus Paradise in Switzerland before joining one of the leading luxury catering companies in Europe and consulting on menus and waste efficiency for luxury hotel resorts around the world. Graham then lectured at the prestigious Ritz Cesar Culinary School of Arts in Lucerne (Switzerland) as Pastry and Chocolate Instructor.
The Pastry Academy offers a range of Pastry and Chocolate Arts classes for both adults and young people.

Lynne is a cake artiste. Her designs are simply incredible and the cakes themselves are truly delicious, whatever visual you have for the most amazing celebration cake, Lynne will be able to deliver you the most incredible creation.
